The 32nd Jakarta Highland Gathering 2011 took place in the opulent town of Lippo Karawaci, Jakarta between the 27th to the 29th of May 2011.
Seven members of the McNally Memorial Pipe Band had the opportunity to participate in this annual event which saw bands from all over the region competing in the Pipe Quintet Competitions.
We are proud to announce that the band was awarded the 2nd placing in the South-East Asian category. We also congratulate our affiliated band, the SJI Pipe Band, which was awarded the 4th placing in the same category and an additional Silver medal for Bass Drumming!
